A Fordland man who is facing charges in Christian County in connection with a sexual assault is now facing charges for alleged crimes in Webster County.
James Keltner, 53, is accused of sexual abuse and child molestation in connection with incidents involving two women in Webster County, one of those women claiming the incident took place when they were just 15-years-old.
According to court documents, a 21-year-old woman said Keltner molested her in a car when she was 15. A different 21-year-old woman said Keltner grabbed her inappropriately while hunting in April.
All of the new charges against Keltner are misdemeanors, while the original charges in Christian County were felonies. Keltner is accused in that case of forcing himself on a woman that he knew from church.
According to Missouri Casenet, Keltner is scheduled to appear in court next month. He is represented on some charges by attorney Nancy Price.
