Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, who is in critical need of donations, is holding a special Unite Springfield blood drive through Thursday, September 17.
Six months ago, on March 15, four people lost their lives inside a Kum & Go store at the hands of a madman. Springfield responded to the tragedy by coming together to help the families, and the blood drive through Thursday will do the same thing.
Every blood donation received will bring a $5 donation to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks 3/15 Relief Fund.
All donors will receive a free t-shirt.
If you would like to make a donation, visit the CBCO website and schedule a time to donate.
