Christian County Reports Four New Cases; Two Public Exposures

The Christian County Health Department reported four new cases of COVID-19 along with two new community exposures.

The cumulative amount of cases in Christian County confirmed by testing is 51, with 7 additional probable cases. Twenty cases are currently active and monitored.

CCHD staff say a current case had two public exposures:

  • Thursday, June 25: Crystal Nails in Ozark from 11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. (Masked, no symptoms, but infectious)
  • Sunday, June 28: Primas Mexican Kitchen in Ozark from 1:00-1:45 p.m. (No mask, no symptoms, but infectious)

Anyone in those locations is considered to be low risk for contracting the virus that causes COVID-19, but you should monitor for symptoms. If you show symptoms, self-quarantine and contact your primary care provider.
