The Springfield City Council will be holding another virtual Council meeting on Monday night at 6:30, featuring a first reading and possible vote on amendments related to CARES Act funding.
The last day for residents to sign up to make comments to Council is Friday at 5 p.m.. Anyone who wishes to speak to Council will need to contact City Clerk Anita Cotter either by email, calling 417-864-1651 or through the online form.
There will be a room set up inside City Hall for residents to address Council. However, no one would be permitted into the Hall if they have experienced any of the following:
- Flu-like symptoms
- Respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing)
- Traveled in the past 14 days to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has travelled to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has been evaluated for the illness or confirmed illness.
