Charges have been filed against three people believed to be involved in the death of man whose body has not been found by investigators.
William Skaggs, 23, and Kaleigh Pickle, 25, were initially arrested last month in connection with the death of Elijah McReynolds. They were released from the Greene County Jail, then re-arrested and booked into the jail on Wednesday.
The duo are facing charges of second degree murder and kidnapping.
The third person charged is 30-year-old Dustin Winter, currently being held in another county on different charges. Greene County prosecutors have charged him with first degree murder, kidnapping, and tampering with evidence.
While the body of McReynolds has not been found, his blood was found in the back of a U-Haul vehicle, leading investigators to believe he is dead.
