Governor Mike Parson will be making a swing through southwest Missouri on Monday.
The visits are part of the Governor’s “Show Me Strong” recovery plan, highlighting businesses that are reopening with social distancing plans in place and other safety measure to protect both customers and staff.
Parson will begin the day in Joplin at CDL Electric Company and then the Red Racks Thrift Store on Rangeline Road.
Parson will then come to Springfield for two visits.
He will be at Bass Pro Shops just after 10 a.m. and then he will visit the doctors, nurses, and staff at Cox South.
He will then head back to Jefferson City to give his daily COVID-19 briefing at 3 p.m. via livestream.
