Springfield City Council Meeting Monday; Citizen Deadline Friday

The Springfield City Council will hold another virtual meeting Monday, May 4, beginning at 6:30 p.m..

Under the revised rules in place for citizen comment to Council, anyone wishing to speak on an agenda matter or address Council will need to sign up with the City Clerk by the end of the business day Friday, May 1.

The agenda for the meeting is shown below.

Citizens may contact City Clerk Anita Cotter at 417-864-1651, by emailing acotter@springfieldmo.gov, or by filling out an online form.

Those who sign up will be able to speak to Council through a special video link inside Historic City Hall, Room 108. Anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted inside the building even if they have signed up to speak to Council, and social distancing within the building will be enforced.

Comments can be submitted to Council electronically through the same means of contact to the City Clerk.
