A Bolivar high school teacher is facing three felony charges in Polk County in connection with incidents involving a student.
Tania Maria Dickey-Driskill, 44, was charged Thursday with first-degree stalking, attempt second-degree statutory rape, and attempted endangering welfare of a child engaging in sexual conduct under 17 years old.
All three charges are Class E felonies with maximum terms of four years if convicted.
Bond is $15,000. Dickey-Driskill is scheduled to appear in court on March 4, 2020, but no attorney is listed for her on Missouri Casenet.
