Drury Men’s & Women’s Swimming Both Ranked Top 5

The Drury women’s swimming & diving team is ranked fourth, and the DU men’s team is fifth in the latest NCAA-II coaches poll.

In the women’s poll, Queens (NC) is ranked number one this week while California-San Diego is number two, and Indianapolis is ranked third. Five teams from the Great Lakes Valley Conference are in this week’s top 25. In addition to Drury and UIndy, Lindenwood is ranked 10th, Truman State is 18th, and McKendree is 21st.

Drury’s men’s team moved up three spots from eighth to fifth in the latest poll. UC San Diego is the number one ranked team in the men’s poll while Indianapolis is second, and McKendree is third. Including the three teams ranked in the top five, the GLVC has seven teams in the top 25. Lindenwood is 10th, Missouri S&T is 12th, Missouri-St. Louis is 22nd, and Lewis is ranked 25th.

Both Drury swim teams return to the pool this week in the Mizzou Invitational held Wednesday through Friday in Columbia, Missouri.
