If you want to keep Andy Williams’ legacy alive, and have $6.7 million burning a hole in your pocket, you have the opportunity you’ve been waiting for in Branson.
The Andy Williams Moon River Theatre is on sale. The 48,000 square foot theatre facility has been listed online for $6.7 million which includes 11.57 acres of land. The theatre is listed with 2,057 seats with 550 parking spaces in the parking lot.
The theatre, designed by Williams, was sold to Jimmy Osmond of the Osmond Brothers following Williams’ death in 2012. No explanation is listed on the sale site about why the theatre is currently up for sale.
The SVN Rankin Company listing says the theatre had a new roof installed in 2012, is in the city’s Opportunity Zone, and features designs that made it the only theatre featured in Architectural Digest.
