UPDATE NOVEMBER 5, 9 A.M.: May has been found safe in Nebraska and is undergoing hospital evaluation.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 92-year-old Springfield man.
Clemon May has been missing from his Springfield home since around 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 3. Family members say May has recently started having memory issues.
May’s cell phone was last pinged near state Highway 13 outside of Warrensburg, Missouri, and local police are searching the area of that last cell phone ping.
May was last seen driving a burgundy 2019 Toyota Avalon with license plate CS4R3M. He is 5’10”, heavyset, grey hair with no tattoos or visible scars. He was last seen in blue jeans with a light colored plaid shirt.
Anyone who knows of Clemon May’s location is asked to call 911.
