The 25th annual Victory Ride fundraiser for the Victory Mission turned out to be a bigger celebration than anticipated celebration for the organization.
The fundraising event was aimed to raise 1,000 shelter nights for men who are seeking life restoration through the organization’s programs.
“We are thrilled with the turnout of this year’s Victory Ride and the relationships we are building with our community through this event,” VIctory Mission Marketing & Special Events manager Mindy McClaskey said in a statement. “By exceeding our goal, we are able to provide 1167 shelter nights for men seeking restoration.”
The event took local riders on a 50 mile trek through the Ozarks countryside, ending this year on Commercial Street at a “Cruise-In” with all kinds of classic cars and vehicles.
