The Hollister school district will hold classes Tuesday while investigating a threat made against the district on social media.
The school reported on Facebook that district officials were made aware of the threat late Monday, September 9th.
“With reports from parents and students and the work of our administration and local law enforcement we were able to quickly investigate and address the situation,” the district posted. “We greatly appreciate the work of local law enforcement to handle the situation.”
The district later updated that they cannot release all the details because of the nature of the investigation.
“We are confident there is no threat to staff or students, therefore school will be in session tomorrow,” the district said in the updated post.
