Branson Police Investigating Branson Landing Robbery

Branson police officers are investigating an armed robbery that took place on Sunday at Branson Landing.

Investigators say that a man entered the Charleys Philly Steaks Restaurant around 9:25 p.m. on Sunday night and confronted the clerk with a knife. He demanded money and then fled on foot.

The suspect wore a black bandana over his face. He is described as a white male, 5’10” to 6′ tall, with brown hair. He is estimated to be between 20 and 30 years old.

Although there was another robbery at Branson Landing at the end of July with another suspect about the same height and age, police do not believe the two incidents to be connected, because they have “very different suspect methods of operation.”

Branson police say they’re working with Branson Landing restaurant owners to enhance security measures.

Police ask anyone with information about the incident to contact Detective Arnett of the Branson Criminal Investigative Unit at 417-337-8533. You can also make an anonymous tip by calling 417-334-1085.
