The Drury Lady Panthers won their second straight game over Carleton in a 73-65 victory on Monday at the Ravens’ Nest Gym in Ottawa, Ontario. It was the second contest of Drury’s four-game exhibition series in Canada.

Freshman forward Alana Findley led the Lady Panthers with 20 points, five rebounds, three assists, and six steals while playing 17 minutes. The Fair Grove product went 10 for 14 from the field. Paige Robinson added 11 points for Drury.

The Lady Panthers led 34-26 at halftime and extended their advantage to 58-45 at the end of the third period, then held off the Ravens again down the stretch.

Carleton’s Alyssa Cerino had 15 points, and 15 rebounds as four Ravens scored in double-figures. Carleton owned a 43-31 rebounding advantage over Drury but committed 34 turnovers in the loss.

The Lady Panthers hit 10 of their 22 three-point tries from behind an international arc of 22 feet. Payton Richards went 3 for 6 from that distance to finish with nine points while Robinson also added a trio of three-pointers.

Drury once again played all 15 players that made the tripe with no player seeing more than 23 minutes. The Lady Panthers defeated Carleton, a public university with an enrollment of more than 30,000 students, 69-62 on Sunday.

The Lady Panthers travel to Montreal tomorrow for a game against Concordia University at 5 p.m. (Central).
