Free Movies in Founders Park Through July

Want something to do with the family on the weekend or a night out with your sweetheart AND keep your hard earned dollars in your wallet?

The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is back with another summer of Movies at Founders Park. The weekend events feature a family movie on Friday nights and a “date night” movie on Saturday nights.

All of the movies will be rated PG or PG-13 and begin at dusk. Those who plan to attend should bring lawn chairs or something to sit on. The park board will have concessions available on site.

The Saturday “date night” movie for June 8th is “The Greatest Showman” but it’s a sing-along version of the film where the audience joins in the fun by singing the movie’s songs.
