Republic Aquatic Center Opens Saturday May 25

Saturday, May 25, the Republics Park & Recreation Department will be opening the Republic Aquatics Center located at 711 E Miller Road.

The aquatic center will be open daily from May 25th through August 14, 2019. Hours of operation are: Monday through Saturday from Noon- 7 p.m. and Sunday from Noon- 6 p.m. Admission is $6 per person (ages 3 and up) and residents of Republic can get $1 off their admission with proof of residency. You can even purchase a season pass for the Republic Aquatics Center. Season passes start at $120 for an individual and each additional family member will cost $25. Republic residents will also be able to receive a discount of season passes.

The Republic Aquatic Center offers a wide range of actives for both adults and children. For adults you can get in your daily exercise before the pool opens to the public. Morning lap swim costs $2 and is Monday through Thursday, starting June 4th, from 9-10 a.m. There is also an evening swim if you would like to take a dip after work. Evening swim take place Monday through Saturday from 6- 7 p.m. and is $2. If you have young children, you may be interested in Morning Splash Time. This event takes place Monday through Thursday, starting June 4th, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and costs $2.

The Republic Aquatics Center is also available this summer for rent and there are birthday party packages that can include pizza. Swimming lessons are also available.
