Nixa High School Names New Assistant Principal

Nixa Public Schools announced that Jeremy McCoy has been named the new assistant Principal at Nixa High School beginning July 1.

McCoy takes the slot held by new head Principal Dr. David Kelly.

“I am excited for the opportunity to return to the Nixa school district,” McCoy said in a statement. “As a graduate of Nixa High School, I look forward to serving the educational community that my children are now a part of. It is my goal to build positive relationships with all students, staff, and the Nixa community to continue the tradition of excellence in Nixa Public Schools.”

McCoy has 15 years in education, most recently as assistant Principal and athletic director at Parkview High School.
